Our La Crosse facility has 500,000 square feet of warehouse space and 8,000 square feet of refrigerated cooler space. This space, factored in with efficient quality control, auditting and data validation results with up to 7 million barrels of high-quality product made each year.
City Brewing Company produces some of the area's best beer using 70 temperature-controlled fermentation tanks and a dedicated yeast room. Our beer is then transferred to storage tanks to age before the final task in production. After the beer has been aged, it gets centrifuged and filtered before being sent out to stores all across the region.
Our facility in Latrobe previously known as the Rolling Rock brewery, can produce between 250 to 1,100 barrels of carbonated beverages per batch. Some of the facilities capabilities include: inline blending of sugars, cooling, pinpoint carbonation, and production of flavored malts, teas and energy drinks.
After the beverages are brewed, they are transferred to glass, can or keg containers. For drinks containing natural juices, tunnel warming or pasteurization is used. The cases are finally all wrapped and palletized before being shipped out of the facility.
Blues City Brewery, our Memphis facility, was started in 1971 by Schlitz Brewing Company. They have a dedicated micro lab that runs tests to acquire total plate count, yeast and mold count, water plating, sanitation monitoring and much more. 60 million cases of beverages can be produced each year, all of which is thoroughly tested for quality assurance.
Using 328,080 square feet of storage, every case is inspected and handled by experienced employees to ensure high quality with each shipment.
